The NITTY GRITTY On purchasing Original Art and prints on WPW
(a.k.a the boring but important stuff.)
ABOUT:
Original paintings have been hand painted by me, Pippa Goetz and are 100% unique to each piece- a work of true individualization – there will never be 2 same original works!
Prints are reproductions of my (Pippa’s) original paintings. Prints are professionally printed onto either artist grade canvas or high quality paper (SPECS) using specific archival level inks. This ink is also UV protected so wont fade over time.
The canvas my reproductions are printed on has a unique texture so that it as closely resembles the original format of the painting as possible.
The PAPER offers a bright white smooth finish that really helps make the colors pop!
Both Canvas prints and Paper Prints come with a 2” border around the edges for stretching or framing.
Please note that whille I have made every effort to be sure the image comes as closely to the original as possible hues may vary from screen to screen.
FRAMING:
Like most artists, I love seeing my work hugged by a magnificent Frame! Frame selection is a very individual process so I leave the framing process up to you.
Large original canvas pieces (over 30” x 30”) and canvas prints, will be carefully removed from the stretcher bars and shipped to you rolled in a tube. Your favorite local framer will have the tools and experience necessary to either re-stretch the canvas onto a new frame, mount it onto foamboard or frame it to your specifications.
I strongly recommend that you mount or frame your new art as soon as possible (within 2 weeks) so as to avoid any warping or damage.
SHIPPING:
All original artwork and prints are ready to ship within 2-3 weeks. Prints are made to order. Please allow 3 weeks prints to be shipped.
Orders / items over 1lb will be shipped via USPS or FedEx ground and are estimated to arrive 5-7 business days after shipment. Orders under 1lb will be shipped via USPS.
Shipping costs depend on the dimensions, shipping destination, and weight of the item(s) purchased. Shipping costs include packaging and handling.
Paintings are shipped flat in a box or package. The largest painting that is shipped in a box is a 30×30″. Any painting 30” x 30” and larger will be removed from the wood stretcher bars, rolled shipped in a tube.
International:
I am happy to ship my work and products worldwide- HOWEVER, Please note that international customs delays are epic right now and your item may take weeks to arrive due to transit and clearing customs.
International orders are shipped with tracking numbers worldwide. Buyers are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.
All artwork over 18” x 24” heading out of the USA will be removed from the stretcher bars and sent rolled in a tube.

Because each work is made to order, All sales of Original and printed artwork are final. No returns or exchanges will be given.
If for some reason you feel there is a problem with your art, please email me within 48 hours of delivery and I will do my best to resolve the issue. If necessary, please include an image of the item in your email.
